Refund policy

1. Our Return Policy

We want you to love your Begoria shoes.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery — no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be included.
  • Returns must be sent back to our Berlin address.
  • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
  • There is no restocking fee for returned items.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@begoria.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return (optional)
  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with detailed return instructions and the return address.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Within Germany: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (€4.90).
  • Within EU: Standard return shipping costs vary depending on the country.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method — Begoria is not responsible for lost returns.

If the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect, Begoria will cover the full return cost.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.


If you wish to exchange an item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damage

We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
