All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
We currently ship from Berlin, Germany.

During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer, but we always aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

All orders include tracking information.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.

3. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Begoria is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply outside the European Union.

All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

Check your tracking link first.
Contact us at info@begoria.com with your order number.

We will contact the carrier and do our best to locate your package.
Begoria is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
